Old Spot Pork Tenderloin
Gloucester Old Spot Pork Tenderloin. The most tender of all the pork cuts. It is located from the muscle that runs alongside the backbone and is a lean and delicately flavoured meat. Marinate with Martin’s BBQ sauce and stir Fry.
All our pork is from the rare breeds of Gloucester Old Spot or Middle White pigs sourced from farms in the North Cotswolds. The pigs are able to roam freely in a stress free environment which produces a more flavoursome meat. The meat is then dry aged in our unique Himalayan Salt Chamber for 6 days.
Sold per 1 tenderloin – approx 500g each.
